Can an abortion be kept secret from your recruiter so you can still leave? (Navy)?

If you are a female in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) for the Navy is there any way you can get a confidential abortion that will not be disclosed on your medical doents and therefore will be kept secret from them. If you have like 5 months or so until you leave, Thanks. My recruiter told me if I got pregnant I would never be able to join the navy and he would make sure I didn't get in post abortion or pregnancy if I came back to the office.
