Green and yellow phlegm with a constant cough,after taking antibiotics.?

About a month ago, i developed a cough with mucous.I was having fatigue and wheezing in my chest.So after a week i went to my dr.He said i had bronchitis and gave me zithromax and atuss.I finished all the antibiotics,and it's been almost 2 weeks and i am still coughing and spitting out green and yellow phlegm.Why is this happening even after taking meds?Will it ever go away.I have never had a cough last this long.I have never smoked cigarettes.Every time i take a deep breath it triggers a coughing spell.
