There is this one game that takes place in New York...?

O.K. to go into more detail. There is this one game that takes place in New York after it has been hit by an Earth Quake.. or something.. all I know is that in the trailer the guy kills some people with a bottle of water because they break some gl and fall. going for it. It looks like a great game.. but I can't remember it's name for some reason! Please help me remember... thanks.
