Question about my daughters illness?

ok, my daughter is 2 years old. Healthy active little girl. So today she woke up throwing up, not eatting, running a fever and sleeping all day. Her "flu" suddenly went away but came back worse in about 2 hours. Now she is really miserable. I am taking her to emergency room after she wakes from her nap now in a bit, but just wondering what everyone has to say? and no im not saying its swine, everyones jumping to that conclusion these days and let me tell you, its pretty annoying.
