Palmer's Cocoa er Formula Scar Serum...?

So I bought this product today in Superdrugs.. it contains Vitamin E, Cocoa er, shark liver oil & silicone and allium cepa.. I was told its quite effective, however it takes AGESSSS to see results. Has anyone ever tried this? If so, how long did it take for you to see results? Thanks beforehand. No irrelevant comments please
