My brother has bronchitis,on mothers day he took us all out for dinner,my mom is?

bedridden,she uses a wheelchair to get around,my brother has bronchitis,and im thinking hes spread it to my dad and i.im hacking my head off and have a low grade fever,dad is coughing to.is bronchitis infectious? he didnt kiss us on the face but kissed my mom on the head.btw mom has copd and shortly after mothers day we had her hospitalized because she had a breathing fit and couldnt breath from coughing so much.
