Do you think the Foo Fighters are underrated?

I can't see the song, but I do think they're kinda underrated. I think they were quite big at one point, but they haven't been mentioned enough. IMO, they're kind of boring, but that's only because it's not really my favourite type of music, and I can see why a lot of people would love them.

Ok, so i LOVE to fight and everything. i use to only want to do kung fu, but decided that BJJ could help me more, incase i actually got into a fight. My second choice, after finding out that i didnt really want kung fu, was MMA. i DESPERATELY want to do that, but my parents wont let me because they feel it is too dangerous for me. I strongly disagree. but they wont let me do it. so, my dad brought BJJ to my attention, and i took it because it is said to be the closest thing to MMA. none of my cles have started yet, and i cant wait. i am 14 years old, and i feel that i am tough enough to try any martial art, but of course, i dont know if i am tough enough, or skilled to be great in any martial art. compared to all of my friends, my legs are very strong, and i can kick very well (compared to all of my friends). I am tough, and i cant take down pretty good in football. I am very fast, and hold a relay record, and 100 meter run, record, so i am pretty fast, too. I feel that i have good strength, and i work out. I have been working out, and i can tell a huge difference, so i am relatively strong. I thought that MMA would fit me the most, for what i am capable of, NOW. but my parents wont let me. i have thought about kickboxing, and BJJ. but i hear that BJJ is only take downs, and how to keep ur opponent down, and so on. WHAT OTHER MARTIAL ARTS DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TRY FIRST???

Oh wow. Yeah, that is exactly what happened to me as a kid. I was incredibly paranoid for years, thinking the rapture was going to come and I wasn't good enough. "Years of The Beast" or something like that was the movie I had to watch a lot growing up. It made me downright phobic. If the house got too quiet, I'd get scared and think god had raptured everyone away but me. I did the salvation prayer so many times as a kid, it wasn't even funny. I'm still messed up from being forced to watch rapture movies when I was a kid.

Weight loss for Dogs?

Ok so my dog suffers from thyroid gland problems....and it didn't really flair up until recently. Apparently it's hereditary. Our vet put him on some pills to control his weight but he became really sluggish and depressed so we took him off the pills. Today on of the guys I work with , said some very improper things and made a threat to do harm to me. I will try to explain quickly , my Friend is black and i am not , he started in about how all his problems at work are due to the fact he " has the wrong paint job" to put it as he likes to say, and how our boss is (used every word under the sun) and he is the biggest racist and etc. I replied to my friend that that is not totally true ( nice way of telling him he is talking out of his other end again) he got more upset and got in my face and told me that he wants me to tell our boss what he said and he will tell our boss a lot more and he will kick his A## and a lot more, I told him to relax and go for a smoke , he got in my fac and started in on me and saying he will kick my A## and with fists clutched and in a very threaten way, all this was seen and hear by others around , Should I just let this go into the past and not bring this to the attention of the bosses and /or HR, we just had cles and meeting on subjects like this and we where told to report things like that ASAP. As this was happening I felt very uneasy over this , threatened to a level, the problem is I do not want to get him in troubble and cost him his job, this was not the first time he "went off" at someone at work and if it was the other way around and some else did what he did he would go to HR in a heart beat over it . What do you think I should do just drop it and move on or follw what my company's policy states should be done? being ripped in half by this . Thank you

no offense to anyone reading this, but most eye docs try to keep all the contact business in house and be the middle man and thus profit from it. Helo! dog ate three weed brownies!?

Now before everyone chews me a new one I love my dog more than possible and think making a dog or letting a dog get high is cruel. Which is why I am so distraut over my poor dog being so ****** up. It was a complete accident and wont ever happen again. Last night around 1030 my dog got into three brownies...total the brownies probably had about a gram and a half in them of NOT the strongest stuff ever. It is now 7pm of the next day. He is still very tired and hasnt really eaten. Ive been feeding him caps of water to make sure he still has some water in him. If he tries to stand up he wobbles and usually falls back down to sleeping position. He's usually a very excitable dog. But now i cant get him to eat cheese forget his own food. He wont go pee or poop. Im just worries i've read a lot and got a good idea I would just like some advice. Most people say the vet.really cant do anything since the chocolate isnt really the problem, the thc is in his system, and all they might do is charge me 1500 bucks that I actually do not have to put an iv in him. Most people also are saying its ok, the dog isnt going to die he's just really high. I'm interested in becoming a dog handler. I've had dogs my whole life and have done jr.showmanship, agiliity and obedience. I do need some refreshing on conformation since it's been a while. I'm 34 and I absolutely love ALL DOGS! I'd be willing to do this for free. I'm personable, look nice, work well with dogs, and I think I'd make a great handler. I'm not talking about big time yet! Question about my daughters illness?

Im getting a new AGP Graphics card, will it run crysis?

depends on the rest or your system. the card is pretty good for an AGP, you can get the new 3850 in AGP too, this is way better than the 2600 but is also twice the price. as long as you have a decent cpu etc the card will run crysis but dont expect to be putting the settings any higher than low to med. just the fact that is uses the much slower agp interface means that it just cant deliver the bandwidth of pci. if you really want to enjoy the game to the full it would be worth a pretty big system upgrade really, gets expensive tho!

Brown show clothes with a bay horse?

I am getting back into western showing after taking a couples years off, and to my dismay my show clothes no longer fit. I usually would show in black with red or blue accents. I found a lilac and silver with chocolate brown bottom horsemanship jacket I fell in love with, and chocolate suede chaps. The problem I am having is, would this outfit look ok on a bay horse and a dark oil saddle set? Am I getting too much brown? I'm watching my friends cats, and encountering problems?

There are two of cats I'm watching till May one is Mocha who is 13 and very shy, the other is Addie who is 10 and a love. Within the past month though problems have devoloped with both of the cats and I'm not sure how to tell the owner. Mocha, occastionally, would use the bathroom in our bedroom, she's not allowed in there anymore. Then more problems started devoloping, she will rarely use the catbox. If I'm just in the door with a fresh basket of laundry or if I'm on my way out she goes in it. If she manages to get in the bedroom she'll open up my dresser drawers and uinate on all of my clothing. No matter how much I clean I can't seem to get it out. Being preganant I'm very wary of handlin all the cat urine and feces due to TA. I don't really study for finals such as math, because you can't really study for that. This year I will have to take regents for the first time though, math, science, social studies, and english I believe. So I'll probably study fo them. In New York, there are state tests in about March-April and finals/regents in June. Regents are after school ends, so you can be on summer vacation and still have to go back for a test.

Roast????10 POINTS!?

Get a roasting pan that has a rack - if you don't have a rack make a halo out of aluminum foil and place the roast on that fat side up. Season the roast with salt and pepper - put water in the pan - about 2 inches should be enough. Set oven to 350 Degree F. Make a tent out of another piece of fail and place loosely on top of roast. Roast for approx 30 minutes per pound for medium - removing the foil tent for the last 15 to 30 minutes. Remove roast to a large plate cover with the foil tent to rest for about 20 minutes. So I'm a sopre, but my parents really want me to start thinking about college already. My GPA right now is a 3.75 (from freshman year) But it'll probably be more like a 3.5 by the end of this semester. I took the PSATs at the beginning of the year and scored well on them, I don't remember the SI number, but it was 95th percentile compared to college bound juniors, next year I'll hopefully raise that score though. I haven't taken the real SATs yet (well besides in 7th grade for some academic search thing) but I took the ACTs at the beginning of the year and scored a 29 on them. That should go up though because I didn't prepare or anything, plus I'm only a sopre. I'm in honors courses, and I'll have taken eight or nine AP courses by the time I graduate. . . .ummm I'm in service club, SADD club, women's chorale, german club, art club, and I'm gonna do writer's club and the mock trial thingy next year . . . . I'm in Spanish 4 and German 2 this year, and plan to take AP spanish next year and AP german senior year? But, since you're asking, my middle school experience hardly differed. My school mostly has the full-year electives (noncore cles [core cles are math, english, history, science]) but there are a few single semester electives, like drawing. As for what do you do, middle school is basically as the name implies. It's the school in the middle, between elementary and high school. Middle school gets you prepared for high school. Sorry kid, there's usually no recess. The rules are about the same. No fighting, destroying property, guns, the basics. They expect more rules broken as your cl matures, so they might be a little more strict every year. Homework increases each year, as you've probably figured out. And it really matters on how advanced your cles are. Try not to fret too much about it. Your teachers will work you into it. As for a supply list? If your school isn't the type to send them out, I'd just say a notebook for each core cl, pencils, pens, a calculator, colored pencils, idk. Normal school stuff. Good luck, kid :)

I'm just curious if it's the books I've bought or if this is common in all ebooks. I was reading Frankenstein the other day and the sentence read something like, "it was a scene of Frankenstein beauty." VGA/HDMI port problem?

I don't know the story behind this business about conversions being cancelled - all sounds a bit strange. But in general, apart from the problems you know about, with Orthodox not accepting Reform conversions, I really haven't ever known anyone to question or be non-accepting. Obviously my experience is limited - to the UK, to London and one other city in the UK and to only the people I've come across. But no-one I've ever spoken to has suggested there is any problem here in the UK. Since it is the Beit Din who actually accept someone as being Jewish, and one goes in front of them for them to make that decision, I'm not clear how a Beit Din can decide they were wrong in the first place! The rabbi merely decides and declares their readiness in her/his opinion but it's up to the Beit Din to make the decision.

lunging can be a difficult task to do. i would not suggest free lunging in a large area because they can easily get distracted. if i were you i would look around for a lung-line or a longer lead-rope. my mare would do this to me but only because she was lazy and wanted to hook up. i learned that the best way to have her continue lunging was when she stepped in towards me i took me hand that had the line in it and pointed in the direction that i was asking her to travel and take my driving hand and ask her to continue going forward. i hope this helps
