Advice on been bi curious...?

hiya. well lets go bk to when i was 13... i had my first ual experience with a friend of mine, who was a guy. Ever since then i have always bn bi curious. Ive known i like girls, but im so confused about liking men. through the years i have held it in and releasing a bit now and again by telling someone who i thought would understand. then i hide it again but the feelings r always strong... last year i confided with someone and they told alot of people. i couldnt stand the pain so i hid it again but go constant abuse. now back to the present, im an 18 year old guy, football, college, popular the works but... ive never had feelings so strong like this for anyone, but its for a lad, who is gay. im so confused with my uality. i am writing this today to ask for some advice from someone who was in the same boat or knows about it. i mean, should i experiment again since it has been so long? any advice wud b a great help :)
