Any college suggestions?(:?

So I'm a sopre, but my parents really want me to start thinking about college already. My GPA right now is a 3.75 (from freshman year) But it'll probably be more like a 3.5 by the end of this semester. I took the PSATs at the beginning of the year and scored well on them, I don't remember the SI number, but it was 95th percentile compared to college bound juniors, next year I'll hopefully raise that score though. I haven't taken the real SATs yet (well besides in 7th grade for some academic search thing) but I took the ACTs at the beginning of the year and scored a 29 on them. That should go up though because I didn't prepare or anything, plus I'm only a sopre. I'm in honors courses, and I'll have taken eight or nine AP courses by the time I graduate. . . .ummm I'm in service club, SADD club, women's chorale, german club, art club, and I'm gonna do writer's club and the mock trial thingy next year . . . . I'm in Spanish 4 and German 2 this year, and plan to take AP spanish next year and AP german senior year? I'm thinking about majoring in political science and minoring (idk if that's a word lol...) in foreign languages, but honestly i have no idea if i'll end up doing that or changing my mind in a few months. Any suggestions about what colleges I might want to look into?(:
