im 21 5' 10'' weigh 170 and im a male if that matters, trying to lose 20 pounds by diet or working out, but want to take a diet pill or something, i wont lie im lazy, i only bench press, no running or lower body, ive changed my diet to eat healthier, but wondering if i should take a dietary supplement to speed up the process, was thinking about healthy trim, is that smart?
