Does anyone else marvel at what humans have done so far?

It never ceases to amaze me what humans have accomplished in a relatively short time. If intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe I have no trouble believing that they will not reached our level of technology. We have a good understanding of where it all came from, we have harnessed the power of the atom, we have cloned animals, we replace organs in frail human bodies and extended life spans, we have been to another world and plan to go to others. I could go on for hours, but you get my drift. I' m sure.
