Family dreams, ghost signs?

My mom's side of the family has a history when it comes to ghost and paranormal activities. not anything unusual or haunting but weird things. Throughout my mom's family everyone has past experiences with some kind of paranormal activity(big family). The first weird thing happened with my mom and one of her sister's they were both looking out there window one day and they saw one of my grandma's cousins who was a bachelor and saw him walking down the street and they yelled and waved "hey otto!", 10-15 minutes later my grandma gets a call and finds out he's dead. They swore it was him and he waved back. Anyway a few ghost sightings. Before my grandma died my mom was pregnant with my sister and she told her. She ended up dying a few months be4. My mom in her head felt sorry that her mom wasnt there. Well it so happens that another one of my aunts had a dream about my grandma the night she was born and she was with her in a car and my aunt was driving and my grandma kept yelling "hurry!, we've got to get there, go to the hospital!" and my aunt would ask why but my gma kept saying that. A light went out right be4 when one of my aunt's died." Before my cousin was born my aunt had a dream about my gma. My other sister swore she saw my gpa and gma one night in her room. One night my mom and dad came home turned the light on and swore they saw a ghost figure that was my gma. My aunt had a dream about my gma and she said in her dream that something bad was going to happen to my other aunt, called her up and then she left area right be4 katrina in new orleans. Also in my aunt's house(old family house) i always felt weird in that house not bad but like something else was there. like somebody else was watching. Also recently my cousin gave a baby named "mina" which is a german name which without my cousin knowing and my aunt remember's my gma telling her a story(not her daughter) that her uncle use to always call her "mina", and she asked him why are u calling me that and he said because u remind me of a girl that use to tease me when i was little. prob another sign. Also most recently, my other aunt got a call from my cousin about well her roomate has a spiritual advisor and one day her advisor said i sense a spirit in ur room and shes an old woman with blonde hair and shes a devout catholic. u shouldnt be scared shes watching over u guys." told my cousin this, my cousin told my aunt. What should i take from this? is my gma watching over us? why has nothing happened to me? coincidences or signs? what about my gpa?
