I'm watching my friends cats, and encountering problems?

There are two of cats I'm watching till May one is Mocha who is 13 and very shy, the other is Addie who is 10 and a love. Within the past month though problems have devoloped with both of the cats and I'm not sure how to tell the owner. Mocha, occastionally, would use the bathroom in our bedroom, she's not allowed in there anymore. Then more problems started devoloping, she will rarely use the catbox. If I'm just in the door with a fresh basket of laundry or if I'm on my way out she goes in it. If she manages to get in the bedroom she'll open up my dresser drawers and uinate on all of my clothing. No matter how much I clean I can't seem to get it out. Being preganant I'm very wary of handlin all the cat urine and feces due to TA. Addie's problem is more simple, yet more serious, she has stopped eating properly. Only enough to sustain her. She's skin and Bones. I've not swiched food. I'm worried. I can't afford vet bills, I know her owner can't. How do I approach this?
