Just an excuse to add another revenue raiser?

My Uncle Pete says I should stop joking and ask a real question for a change? Even if everyone in the UK planted trees and stopped flying and gave up the 4x4's to equalise their own carbon footprint it wouldn't compensate for a minute of the harmful emissions made by the USA, China and India every day and which they aren't about to stop.
